Over the past couple of weeks, AC students have been nominating and voting for their 2019 Homecoming Court. These are the 10 students who were nominated. Stop by the table outside the Caf this week to cast your vote for King and Queen. All of the bios were written by the nominees. Phoebe Angaye is a senior from Denton, Texas. She is an Economics major and a creative writing minor. Phoebe is President of Black Expressions, a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars & Omicron Delta Epsilon. Will McCarthy is a junior from Waco, Texas. He is a double major in Art and Neurosciences and minoring in Spanish. Will is President of Student Organization of Modern Art and a board member for the Service Station.
Karolina Cruz is a senior from Dallas, Texas. She is a triple major in International Economics, Finance, and Spanish. She is on the Women’s Soccer Team, the Parent Relations Chair for Alpha Delta Chi, and serves on the Student Athletic Advisory Council.
Seth Howard is a senior from Denton, Texas. He is a double major in Economics and Finance. He is Vice President of Student Assembly, the Head Tutor for the Academic Skills Center, and is a member of the USA Powerlifting Team.
Oda Sarabia is a junior from Dallas, Texas. She is a Spanish and History double major, and plans to complete the Teacher Program. She is a Public Affairs student intern, the Student Assembly secretary, a Posey Leadership Institute fellow, a member of Omega Zeta, and a Student’s Today Alumni Tomorrow ambassador.
Hunter Williams is a junior from Garland, Texas. He is a History and Political Science double major and a Spanish minor. He is Student Body President, Sumners Scholar, S.T.A.T Ambassador, a Campus Tour Guide, a CL for Dr. Nate Bigelow, and a member of Chi Tau Chi.
