Hello all, here’s what’s going on in Arts and Entertainment this month! On April 12th and 13th, the theatre department is putting on its student-directed One-Act plays. There are 4 plays and they will take place from 4-5pm in the Ida Green Theatre and are between 15 and 30 minutes long. Be sure to check them out and support your fellow AC students!

In the Art Department this month there are several guest lecturers coming to speak. On April 4th Lydia Johnson, a nationally recognized ceramics artist and designer, is coming to speak to the ceramics class at 9 am in the Ross Sculpture Building room 136, everyone is welcome to come and observe. Then at 12 pm, she’ll be giving a talk and a demonstration in the Forester Arts Building room 210. The other guest lecturer is Sophie Goldstein, a nationally known graphic novelist, will be giving a lecture on April 14th starting at 5 pm with a reception at 4:30 pm. This lecture will be held in the Forester Arts Building room 210.

As we near the end of the year there are several graduating students who will be presenting their work. In Ida Green students, Zara Robinson, Brooke, Reiche, and Kitty Christie will be displaying their art April 29th through May 10th. Continuing on there will be even more students presenting their work in the month of May.
